International Prognostic Index for Follicular Lymphoma
The Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index (FLIPI) is a simple and reproducible prognostic index and a useful tool for improving the prognostic assessment of patients with follicular lymphoma. It can also guide treatment selection in individual patients and is used to stratify patients in prospective trials.
Prognostic Index Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
The International Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Prognostic Factor Project was undertaken to develop a model for predicting outcomes in patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma on the basis of the patients' clinical characteristics before treatment. Two indexes (the International Prognostic Index and age-adjusted index), were significantly more accurate than the Ann Arbor classification in predicting long-term survival.
