Multidisciplinary discussion in upper GI tumours: management of locally advanced Siewert II gastroesophageal junctional adenocarcinoma

The patient has an ECOG performance status of 1 and some comorbidities, such as type 2 diabetes with distal grade 2 neuropathy and lung emphysema due to a long smoking history.
