Adjuvant chemotherapy in stage III Colon Cancer is standard of care. By using a combination of oxaliplatin and 5-FU drugs we are having a significant effect over fluorouracil only. However about some patients will develop sensitive neurological toxicity which is going to be severe. For this reason, nowadays, we know that we can treat differently in patients with low risk factors.
