Antibody for IHC: clone EPR17341 available from Abcam, Cambridge, MA, USA(www.abcam.com)

Presence of the ETV6-NTRK3 gene fusion was confirmed by NGS. No mutations or copy number variations were detected using the Oncomine Focus AssayTM.

TRK inhibitor treatment

The patient was not treated with a TRK inhibitor.

Clinical interpretation and impact of NTRK gene fusion testing

Half of cases with NTRK3-ETV6 gene fusions have nuclear staining by IHC [1].
