Adjuvant treatment for colon cancer: How to treat a T3N0M0 colon cancer?

Patients with localized colorectal cancer without involved lymph nodes have an excellent prognosis and most of them will survive after surgery. However, a group of them with poor prognostic features will need treatment with adjuvant or post-operative chemotherapy to increase their probability of long-term survival.
