DNA Repair Gene Mutations and Cancer

During ESMO Signalling Pathways 2017 held in partnership with EACR, we met with Timothy Yap, M D Anderson Cancer Center, US. He discusses different issues about BRCA related cancers. BRCA mutations are particularly relevant for patients with ovarian, prostate and breast cancer. Besides the cancer risk, he also elaborates the therapeutic implications especially in term of PARP inhibition.
