Surgical treatment of retroperitoneal tumors of pelvis area is a difficult section of modern oncology. Equally important is the question how to complete the surgical treatment when combined with the removal of tumors. In violation of the integrity of the pelvic floor in the postoperative period can occur a number of complications, such as cystocele, rectocele, and anal sphincter insufficiency. Objective of research is that after removal of the tumor combined, abdomino-perineal way of the perineal team of surgeons will be held one of the methods plastics pelvic floor. It can be front or rear sphincter plastic, levator plastic, colporrhaphy. Of this stage of the operation will allow in the future avoiding the above complications.
