Abstract

We planned to study the incidence of high risk colorectal neoplasm and colorectal cancer in patients with early gastric cancer (EGC) who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) compared to healthy control groups. And we evaluated the efficacy of colonoscopy in patients with early gastric cancer (EGC) for detecting of synchronous colorectal cancer and high risk colorectal neoplasm.
