Abstract

Gastric cancer consider one of major causes of cancer mortality and represents the second most common cause of cancer death. The only curative option for this cancer is surgical resection although outcomes are poor. Adjuvant radiotherapy has been investigated with various results. This study aim to examine the outcomes of patients with gastric cancer in the SEER database who received radiotherapy with surgery comparing with who received surgical intervention only.
