Abstract

Early colon cancer (ECC) can be controlled effectively and then subsequent surveillance colonoscopy is necessary for possible discovery of new lesion. We analyzed the results of surveillance colonoscopy after endoscopic ECC resection to evaluate the detection rate of advanced neoplasia and its associated factors after negative colonoscopy.
