The malignant melanoma ano rectal (MMAR) is a rare affection (1 to 3% of all the melanomas) and less than 1% of ano-rectal cancers occurs at all the ages with a peak of frequency around the 6th decade. There exists a light female preponderance, its weak prevalence explains the absence of the protocols and the therapeutic diagrams validé of the malignant tumours which develop starting from the pigmentary system. The anorectal localization is characterized by its scarcity, the absence of standards as for the assumption of responsibility and by its dark forecast. We report a series of cases of primitive ano-rectal melanoma.
