Abstract

A phase I-II clinical trial was performed to investigate the feasibility and safety of short-course neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by consolidation chemotherapy and delayed surgery among patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (T3-T4 or N+) attending to Cancer-Institute of Tehran Imam-Khomeini Hospital.
