Abstract

Concurrent chemoradiotherapy delivered Before Surgery therapeutic improved results in the rectum cancers from advanced (T3-T4 classified clinic and/or N +). We defer our own private experience in 114 patients who have received preoperative radiotherapy associated with chemotherapy like 5- fluoro-uracil-acid folinique or 5FU-oxaliplatine.
