Multiple neoplasms including hematological malignancies and esophageal cancer

Abstract

[background] We experienced 17 cases during 24 years from1988 to 2015. Esophageal cancer is a cancer of the popular in Japan. Gastric fiber scopy is easy and relatively safety examination to investigate upper digestive tract. Esophageal cancer is almost all revealed gastric fiber scopy. In hematological malignancy, gastric fiber scopy is not popular examination and rare to investigate upper digestive tract except for malignant lymphoma. If patients complained heavy heart burn, swallowing difficulty, feeling of obstruction, gastric fiber scopy has done. So we report that we reviewed a double cancer with esophageal cancer and the hematological malignancies.
