Prognosis in patients with mCRC and lung metastases

Speaker: Teresa Troiani

T. Troiani features results from the study presented at ESMO World Congress on GI Cancer 2016, an ARCAD meta-analysis in over 17000 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Patients with lung metastases, in particular single site have better prognosis and overall survival. They can be treated with less intensive protocols and another importance drawn from big clinical data is selection for clinical trials.
