limited license to access and make use of this site and the
content, subject to the terms set out

by these terms. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to
enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information

ESMO and/or its affiliates without the express written consent of
the relevant party. You may not use any meta tags or any other
"hidden text" utilizing Thomson Reuters or ESMO's name or Marks
without the express written consent of the relevant
party.
The content provided is owned by or licensed
to Thomson Reuters, ESMO and/or their affiliates and protected by
United States and international copyright laws. Thomson Reuters,
ESMO and their licensors retain all proprietary rights to the
content.
The content is provided "as is" and neither Thomson Reuters, nor
ESMO makes any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness,
completeness, correctness or fitness for a particular purpose of
any of the products or content, or as to any product or content
being uninterrupted or error free, or that all errors in any

with respect to any product or content lies solely with ESMO in
accordance with the ESMO agreement.

Access to content
Licensed users are entitled
- to access, download, print and read a reasonable amount of
content for non-commercial, scientific research and education
purposes only.
- to share (including temporary storage) small portions of the
content with third parties solely for illustrative purposes to
support academic research. The following accreditation must be
used: "This information is provided under licence from Thomson
Reuters" or "This information is provided by ESMO". In order to
determine which accreditation to use:

will always display a "Powered by Thomson Reuters" logo at the top
of those content sections for which Thomson Reuters is the
source.

is displayed, accreditation as source should be given to
ESMO.
Licensed users are NOT entitled (either

members) to the content (including sharing or allowing a third

- to create derivative databases from some or all

Any breach of these terms or the terms of the
ESMO Agreement will result in suspension and/or termination of your
access and licence to the content. Upon termination of your licence
for any reason (including on cessation of your membership of ESMO)
you will be required to delete any locally stored content you have
obtained through this service.
Thomson Reuters and ESMO reserve the right
to record IP address, time & date of all users' acceptance of
these terms and their access to the content. For more information

RSS Services
You may use OncologyPRO RSS
services available on the site, provided that you comply with the
terms set out above and the following additional
obligations:

headline and first sentence from any
Thomson Reuters news story ("Thomson Reuters RSS Information") in
your RSS feeds.

your RSS feeds containing
Thomson Reuters RSS information may only be used for individual
end-user, non-commercial purposes.

you may not directly or
indirectly change, edit, add to or produce summaries of any content
made available via the RSS feed or any other content available at
the website, nor place any full-story in an HTML
frame-set.
