You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Thomson Reuters or ESMO's name or Marks without the express written consent of the relevant party.

Access to content
  • is provided subject to the terms and conditions of use between Thomson Reuters and ESMO (the "ESMO Agreement"). For more information please contact ESMO directly.
  • is provided as a consequence of and subject to your continued paid membership of ESMO.
  • will end with the cessation of your ESMO membership.

Licensed users are entitled

  • to access, download, print and read a reasonable amount of content for non-commercial, scientific research and education purposes only.
  • to share (including temporary storage) small portions of the content with third parties solely for illustrative purposes to support academic research. The following accreditation must be used: "This information is provided under licence from Thomson Reuters" or "This information is provided by ESMO". In order to determine which accreditation to use:
  • - Thomson Reuters content sections will always display a "Powered by Thomson Reuters" logo at the top of those content sections for which Thomson Reuters is the source.
  • -When no Thomson Reuters logo is displayed, accreditation as source should be given to ESMO.

Licensed users are NOT entitled (either themselves, or by enabling a third party)

  • except as expressly set out above, to share or allow access by any third party (including non-licensed ESMO members) to the content (including sharing or allowing a third party to use username/password).

  • to create derivative databases from some or all of the content.

Any breach of these terms or the terms of the ESMO Agreement will result in suspension and/or termination of your access and licence to the content. Upon termination of your licence for any reason (including on cessation of your membership of ESMO) you will be required to delete any locally stored content you have obtained through this service.

RSS Services

You may use OncologyPRO RSS services available on the site, provided that you comply with the terms set out above and the following additional obligations:

  • you will only receive the headline and first sentence from any Thomson Reuters news story ("Thomson Reuters RSS Information") in your RSS feeds.
  • your RSS feeds containing Thomson Reuters RSS information may only be used for individual end-user, non-commercial purposes.
  • you may not directly or indirectly change, edit, add to or produce summaries of any content made available via the RSS feed or any other content available at the website, nor place any full-story in an HTML frame-set.
  • Thomson Reuters RSS information may NOT be used by or provided to any website, publisher, or other commercial entities.
