Abstract

Results of the treatment of inoperable locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer are unsatisfactory. To improve the results of treatment of patients there is a need for new treatment approaches. Non-traditional modes of radiation therapy and the simultaneous use of chemotherapy can be an alternative to the traditional treatment methods. The aim of this study was to compare the efficiency of a radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy in the mode accelerated hyperfractionation.
