Despite reported decrease in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) incidence, it still remains a considerable source of mortality. The aim of our study is to present a single institution experience on standard treatment of SCLC during the last 40 years, compare different treatment regiments and evaluate treatment efficiency and survival rates.
